Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead Infrastructure and Indirect Sourcing at 1X. This role is a people manager responsible for building, developing, and scaling a high-performing sourcing team that supports facilities, IT infrastructure, factory operations, and corporate services as the company grows.
This role requires strong judgment, prioritization, and people leadership in an environment where not everything is fully defined.
You WIll
• Lead and develop a team of Global Sourcing Managers and Sourcing Leads/Specialists
• Own infrastructure and indirect sourcing strategy across global sites
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Finance, and HR
• Set priorities, manage escalations, and align sourcing to company growth
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk management
• Define sourcing strategy and operating model for infrastructure and indirect spend
• Support infrastructure planning for new sites, expansions, and operational scaling
Team-Based Commodity Oversight (via team, not individually):
• IT infrastructure and network services
• Facilities maintenance and site services
• Construction, CapEx, and site expansion
• Factory production support (tooling, MRO, consumables)
• Corporate services (travel, HR-related services)
Commodity ownership is intentionally distributed across the team based on experience and business needs.
