We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales performance within a high-value retail environment, preferably in the jewelry sector. This role requires strong leadership capability, sharp commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will play a key role in motivating store teams, maintaining premium visual merchandising standards, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance store profitability. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in retail store leadership, strong sales management skills, and the ability to foster a customer-centric culture.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets
• Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries effectively
• Coordinate with order management and repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement promotional campaigns, offers, and discount approvals as per guidelines
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to drive performance and accountability
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations of team members
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
