About the job:

The SCM Intern will support the Supply Chain team across end-to-end supply chain activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Customer Care, enabling the intern to build a holistic understanding of supply chain processes through data analysis, project support, and operational coordination.

The intern will actively participate in ongoing and upcoming projects, while also supporting cost management and returns handling processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop analytical skills, gain cross-functional insights, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.

Main responsibilities(담당 업무):

• Support supply chain planning activities including demand/supply data analysis and logistics operations monitoring

• Collect and analyze SCM data from multiple sources to develop insights and enhance end-to-end process visibility

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision making for internal stakeholders

• Assist in SCM project timeline tracking, milestone follow-ups, documentation, and stakeholder coordination

• Support cost tracking for supply chain activities and assist in customer care operations including return management and process compliance

About you

• Preferred field of study: Undergraduate or graduate student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Demonstrates passion for the healthcare industry

• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management and end-to-end process understanding

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify meaningful insights

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required in a global environment.

• Korean proficiency is required for local coordination

• Possesses strong strategic thinking skills

• Digitally fluent

• Shows learning agility and a growth mindset
