About The Role

Thesis is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Manager to help keep product moving cleanly across freight, 3PL operations, retail launches, and order flow. This person will play a hands-on role in coordinating logistics, supporting wholesale and marketplace operations, and helping the team solve issues before they turn into customer or revenue problems. You'll help ensure retailer launches happen smoothly, orders move with fewer exceptions, marketplace and wholesale requirements are met, and logistics issues are solved before they create downstream problems.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements with partners, vendors, and 3PLs.

• Manage day-to-day order flow across wholesale, retail, Amazon, and TikTok Shop channels.

• Support retail onboarding, routing compliance, and launch readiness for new partners.

• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, CX, and external partners to resolve exceptions quickly.

• Help maintain accurate SOPs, routing guides, and operational processes.

• Monitor logistics and fulfillment activity closely, flag risks early, and drive follow-through.

• Support continuous improvement across logistics, order management, and cross-functional operations.

We’re Excited About Your:

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field.

• Direct experience with freight coordination, 3PL management, or order operations.

• Familiarity with retail or wholesale operations, including routing or compliance requirements.

• Experience working with Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace order flows is a plus.

• Strong project management instincts and high attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once in a fast-moving environment.

• Clear communicator who can work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

• CX or customer ticket experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay Transparency:

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-125,000.
