Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Position bist du die analytische Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, IT, Operations und externen Logistikdienstleistern. Du schaffst Transparenz in den Prozessen, entwickelst Steuerungskennzahlen und leitest konkrete Optimierungen ab.

Datenanalyse und Steuerung

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Nachverfolgung von KPIs für logistische Prozesse

• Sicherstellung von Datentransparenz und hoher Datenqualität

• Aufbereitung komplexer Analysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management

Prozessoptimierung in der Supply Chain

• Analyse bestehender Logistikprozesse und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen

• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Ablauforganisation zur Effizienzsteigerung

• Steuerung langfristiger Optimierungsprojekte zur Verbesserung von Qualität, Beständen und Durchlaufzeiten

Schnittstellenmanagement

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interner Logistik, IT, Operations und externen Logistikpartnern

• Steuerung des Materialflusses zwischen interner und externer Logistik

• Unterstützung von S&OP-Prozessen zur besseren Abstimmung von Absatz- und Kapazitätsplanung

Bestands-, Fracht- und Forecast-Analysen

• Überwachung und Analyse der Bestandsqualität

• Durchführung von Frachtanalysen und datenbasierte Vorbereitung von Frachtausschreibungen

• Erstellung von Forecasts für die mittel- und langfristige Logistikplanung
