Job Description:
The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator supports day‑to‑day supply chain operations, including SKU setup, purchase order management, shipment coordination, and documentation control. This role ensures accurate data within the ERP system, maintains visibility of inbound shipments, and assists with invoicing and operational reporting. The coordinator works closely with procurement, logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely customer fulfillment. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Operations
Create, maintain, and update product SKUs in the ERP system to ensure accurate data and product setup.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), validate SKU details, quantities, and pricing, and support Sales Orders (SOs) and Transfer Orders (TOs).
Perform PO reconciliations by comparing ERP data with shipment documents, invoices, and operational reports.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate inbound shipments and support daily logistics activities with internal teams and external partners.
Track shipments, maintain in‑transit visibility, and prepare required documentation such as labels and Bills of Lading (BOL).
Monitor inventory movements and ensure timely communication regarding shipment status.
Invoicing & Documentation
Generate and process invoices related to supply chain transactions.
Validate invoice accuracy against purchase orders, inventory data, and shipping documentation.
Maintain organized and compliant documentation in line with company and global operating standards.
Reporting & Data Management
Update and maintain operational reports related to shipments, inventory levels, POs, and supply chain activities.
Prepare routine operational summaries for management and assist with data audits, validations, and system reconciliations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with procurement, logistics, inventory control, finance, and sales teams to support end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
Communicate effectively with multicultural teams across regions and ensure alignment on global operational data.
Additional Support
Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support international teams across time zones as needed.
Participate in audits and physical inventory counts.
Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping across all supply chain activities.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, purchasing, or logistics coordination.
Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile data across POs, invoices, and shipment documents.
Effective communicator with experience collaborating across cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a process‑improvement mindset.
