HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and logistics within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders and communicating with suppliers.
• Support inventory management by performing cycle counts, tracking material movement, and helping maintain accurate records.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, or improvement opportunities.
• Participate in process improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and logs to support supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams on daily tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. Students must be at a minimum sophomore standing with a GPA  2.8 or higher.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of inventory control concepts (FIFO, cycle counting, safety stock).
• Basic understanding of sourcing or logistics.
