Supply Chain Execution Manager

As a Supply Chain Execution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in turning planning into reality, ensuring that our production and logistics plans are executed flawlessly. You will be the bridge between the planning and logistics teams, constantly monitoring discrepancies, driving root-cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.

You will take ownership of performance, coordinating across departments, and driving operational improvements to meet service-level expectations while optimizing costs. Over time, you will deepen your expertise in SAP and become a process leader in our supply chain.

Key areas of accountability/responsibility

• Root-Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Lead structured problem-solving sessions and develop corrective actions.
• Implement Continuous Improvement: Develop, track, and embed improvement initiatives in processes.
• Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive execution excellence.
• SAP Process Expertise: Use SAP (or similar ERP) to support, analyze, and improve operational processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Work across departments (planning, logistics, operations) to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Change Agent: Propose and lead changes to drive long-term improvements in cost, service, and efficiency.

Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate

• You have 3 or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or a similar function.
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex data.
• You have experience with SAP or a strong willingness to learn deeply.
• You know how to structure problem-solving, perform root-cause analyses, and drive follow through.
• You have strong communication skills and can influence stakeholders across functions.
• You thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and are not afraid to take ownership.
• You are customer-focused, always looking for ways to improve service performance.
• You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus.
