Job Description
Company Overview:
We are a high-growth startup building next-generation high‑performance switching systems for hyperscale and AI data centers. Our platforms power large-scale cloud infrastructure, GPU clusters, and high-density compute environments where performance, reliability, and thermal efficiency are critical to customer operations.
About the Role:
We are looking for a technically versatile Data & Systems Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our data infrastructure and business systems ecosystem — building and maintaining the data pipelines and warehouses that power critical business decisions, deploying AI-driven applications that streamline operations, and providing scripting and customization support across our core business platforms. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and other non-engineering business teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Infrastructure & Warehousing
Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data from multiple business systems
Own and maintain the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring it meets the reporting and analytical needs of Supply Chain, Finance, and other business functions
Monitor pipeline health, data quality, and system performance; proactively identify and resolve issues
Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into reliable, well-documented data models
AI Application Deployment & Agent Support
Deploy, maintain, and continuously improve AI-based applications and automation workflows that support business operations
Provide hands-on support for AI agents, with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and output validation
Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency
Ensure responsible AI use by implementing appropriate monitoring, logging, and data governance practices
Business Systems Scripting & Customization
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and customizations within NetSuite (SuiteScript), Arena PLM, and other business applications
Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements that improve usability and process alignment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, custom scripts, and automated workflows
Maintain clear documentation of all customizations and configurations to support audits and future changes
Qualifications:
Required
3+ years of experience in data engineering, business systems engineering, or a similar technical role
Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting/programming language (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, dbt)
Experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript) or other ERP/PLM customization and scripting
Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and documentation best practices
Preferred
Experience deploying or supporting AI/ML applications or LLM-based agents in a business context
Familiarity with Arena PLM or similar product lifecycle management systems
Experience working with Supply Chain or Finance data domains
Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar)
