The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end import operations, high-priority customer orders, and internal operational processes to ensure smooth, accurate, and reliable business performance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency, particularly within a food import and supply-chain environment. The Supply Chain Coordinator will also provide operational and administrative support to the CEO as required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including import coordination, supplier communication, freight forwarding, and customs documentation
• Oversee high-priority customer orders to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and 100% customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies before they impact customers or costs
• Maintain accurate records in NetSuite for orders, inventory, shipments, and vendor bills
• Track and reconcile import costs, freight charges, duties, and multi-currency transactions with high financial accuracy
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within areas of responsibility
• Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and operational reports
• Collaborate professionally with suppliers, freight partners, customers, and internal teams
• Provide timely operational and administrative support to the CEO, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-ups on key action items
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience managing import processes, ideally within the food industry
• Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
