The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient management of stock across multiple brands, ensuring high accuracy, minimal waste, and strong availability.

In this role, you’ll optimise inventory levels using FEFO principles, generate regular stock reports, and proactively flag low stock to reduce out-of-stock risk. You’ll coordinate orders for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables, while supporting import processes and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and warehouse partners.

You’ll also contribute to demand and supply forecasting, using historical data and seasonal trends to support planning, product launches, and stock reconciliations. A key focus of the role is driving efficiency across the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods while minimising operational costs.

What you'll do:

• Optimise Stock Levels across all brands.

• Waste mitigation via a First Expiry First Out (FEFO) system.

• Maximise Stock accuracy and work with wider inventory team to report on month end accuracy.

• Generates weekly stock reports and flags low stock levels, minimising wastage and out of stock exposure.

• Process and track orders of raw materials, finished goods and consumables in a timely manner in agreement with the Supply Chain Manager.

• Facilitates import procedures

• Good communication with warehouses and suppliers to facilitate the inbound of raw materials and the transport of finished product.

• Understands and minimises costs and ensures an efficient transport of the goods from suppliers and within the different storage locations.

• Demand Forecasting: Develop a 12-month rolling demand forecast that integrates historical sales data with seasonal trends

• Supply Forecasting: Maintaining relationships with key suppliers and wholesalers to enable timely and consistent deliveries of stock

• Supports planning of componentry and ingredients for launches, stock reconciliations with Supports the analysis of historical and recent customer data to make informed decisions, keeping ahead of any seasonal considerations in planning, ensuring optimal service levels whilst minimising operational costs

What you'll bring to HeliosX

Knowledge & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience within a Supply Chain function

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision

• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is an advantage)

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers

• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to deliver results

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and structured approach

• Comfortable working with data from multiple sources to inform forecasting and procurement decisions

• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g. data analysis, reporting, and tracking)

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
