Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking)
Compensation: $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (onsite)

Location: Dallas Office, TX 75243

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining supply chain data and records in systems (e.g., NetSuite).

Prepare and organize reports related to shipment tracking, inventory status, and supplier performance.

Support the purchasing process by issuing purchase orders (POs), tracking delivery schedules, and verifying receipts and invoices.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery or supply issues when they arise.

Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Inventory, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting) to support supply planning and operational needs.

Help address supply chain disruptions or delays and escalate issues when necessary.

Organize and maintain procurement documents, contracts, shipping records, and customs documentation.

Provide support on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with inventory, accounting, and shipping teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
