Supplier Quality Supervisor

• 建立并完善供应商品质保证流程，强化供应链中供应商管理（包括130家国内供应商和50家国外供应商）；
• 定并维护我司与供应商之间的产品质量标准、质量协议；并与主要供应商签署对应的质量协议；
• 供应商品质管理与辅导，以及供应商产品质量事故的处理，追踪供应商产品质量问题的分析及改进，定期分析供应商的质量问题，持续改进供应商质量表现；
• 定期发布供应商分析报告，为相关各部门提供数据支持;
• 依据审批的审核计划，实施供应商定期审核和评价;
• 支持新产品开发，对供应商的新产品进行认证;
• 支持本地采购开发新供应商，对新供应商进行认证和改进;
• 供应商新零件的sPPAP工作;
• 控制质量成本，达成年度COPQ目标;
• 部门领导依据业务需求临时分配的工作;
• Establish and improve the supplier quality assurance process, and strengthen supplier management in the supply chain (Including 130 domestic suppliers and 50 overseas suppliers).
• Establish and maintain the product quality standards and quality agreements between our company and suppliers; And sign corresponding quality agreements with major suppliers.
• Supplier quality management and coaching, handling of supplier product quality incidents, tracking the analysis and improvement of supplier product quality issues, regular analysis of supplier quality problems, and continuous improvement of supplier quality performance.
• Regularly release supplier analysis reports to provide data support for relevant departments.
• In accordance with the approved audit plan, conduct regular audits and evaluations of suppliers.
• Support the development of new products and certify new products from suppliers.
• Support local procurement in developing new suppliers, and certify and improve new suppliers.
• Supplier`s new product PPAP.
• Control quality costs and achieve the annual COPQ goals.
• Work assigned by department leaders based on business needs.

• 工科专业本科以上学历，机械专业背景为佳;
• 熟练使用办公软件，例如：Office excel, PPT；SAP等;
• 熟悉机械制图和PID图纸，包括英文图纸和技术要求;
• 能够使用基本的测量工具，如卡尺，千分尺，PMI等;
• 丰富的质量工具使用经验及质量改进经验，熟悉并应用过以下方法:FMEA、CP、PPAP、GR&R、8D, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Pareto Analysis, etc.
• 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系;
• 熟悉如下过程的一个或多个，例如焊接、机加工、铸造、锻造、研磨或装配。
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, with a background in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Proficient in using Office software, such as Excel and PPT; SAP, etc.
• Familiar with mechanical drawing and PID drawings, including English drawings and technical requirements.
• Be capable of using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, PMI, etc.
• Rich experience in using quality tools and quality improvement, familiar with and applied the following methods: FMEA、CP、PPAP、GR&R、8D, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Pareto Analysis, etc.
• Familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system.
• Be familiar with one or more of the following processes, such as welding, machining, casting, forging, grinding, or assembly.
