Location: Slovenia, Hungary 
Drive supplier performance recovery by improving NCR closure discipline, CAPA robustness, and operational quality compliance at supplier premises (e.g., RTM composite component manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with underperforming suppliers on open Nonconformities (NCRs) and ensure timely closure
• Ensure effective containment actions are implemented and verified on the shopfloor
• Lead and stabilize Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for recurring and high-impact NCRs
• Improve supplier CAPA maturity using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto)
• Act as the primary liaison between the OEM Supplier Quality team and supplier daily operations
• Support supplier in improving quality system adherence, documentation, and traceability
• Track and report supplier quality KPIs (NCR aging, recurrence rate, containment effectiveness, CAPA lead time) to the OEM
• Follow up on ongoing qualification/approval activities for parts and components (FAI, PPAP/APQP readiness where applicable)
• Participate in supplier meetings, quality reviews, and escalation calls with OEM stakeholders
• Provide structured weekly updates including risks, action status, and recovery progress.
 
Desired Experience / Skills
• Experience in supplier quality within wind, composites, automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing. Min 3 years of experience
• Exposure to RTM / composite manufacturing processes (is preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of NCR management, root cause analysis, and CAPA deployment
• Ability to work independently on-site and influence suppliers without direct authority
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing reporting and escalation handling
