Job Description
NVIDIA has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Operations Program Manager (OPM) to join our Asia Supply Chain team. This role focuses on supplier capacity bring-up and factory enablement for critical commodities, with a particular emphasis on Optics Modules and CPO components. The ideal candidate brings deep factory operations expertise, a strong command of capacity planning and manufacturing execution, and the drive to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes supply chain environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Partner with the Global Commodity Management (GCM) to develop and execute supplier capacity plans that meet business requirements for new product ramp-up.
• Own end-to-end factory execution for critical commodities, driving and tracking performance across key operational metrics - including line readiness; capacity ramp; mfg data verification on cycle time/ throughput/ yield, equipment OEE and uptime; labor resource readiness, and material availability.
• Lead onsite ramp-up execution at supplier facilities for critical and constrained commodities identified by GCM or executive leadership, maintaining hands-on oversight until stable capacity is achieved and supply consistently meets rapidly growing demand after Product-Release (P-Rel).
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across yield, cycle time, throughput, and process robustness; establish clear ownership and accountability for corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary onsite interface between factory partners and internal stakeholders - including GCM, GSM, Engineering and SBE - proactively surfacing risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and communicate supplier readiness updates to cross-functional leadership; maintain executive-level reports and dashboards, delivering accurate and timely insights on an agreed cadence.
What we need to see:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Optical Communications Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in operations program management, process engineering or factory management, with a demonstrated track record in optics module or CPO supply chains
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex, high-velocity environments with competing priorities
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills - effective with both supplier partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in advanced data analytics tools required; experience with AI-driven business tools is a strong plus
• High integrity, a proactive mindset, and a transparent approach to issue escalation and resolution
• Willingness to travel as required (~50%)
• Fluency in English (written, verbal, and presentation)
