As an independent player, we support OEMs and suppliers with personal engineering services. Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.
• Coordinate the onboarding of hundreds of suppliers into the new Ariba Supplier Portal.
• Support suppliers throughout account creation and system activation.
• Act as a central point of contact between suppliers, supply & Procurement agents, SAP teams, and the project team.
• Build and maintain the supplier deployment plan.
• Track tasks, risks, and actions in Excel and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth deployment progress.
• Prepare clear, professional deployment status presentations for various levels of leadership.
• Create/Maintain up‑to‑date dashboards and progress summaries.
 
• 2–3 years of experience in supplier relationship management or supply chain coordination.
• Bilingual – English & French (fully fluent). Spanish is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with SAP Ariba (an asset).
• Background in aerospace or manufacturing environments (an asset).
