Supplier Care Manager & Operations Manager (m/f/x)

Your Tasks:
• You set up, onboard, and maintain supplier and product data, manage price list uploads, and ensure data accuracy while resolving any discrepancies.
• You process order confirmations, coordinate replacement orders, handle communication regarding non-deliverable items, and address supplier-related claims and escalations.
• You take ownership of processes, standardize and document workflows with clear SOPs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• You act as the central contact for supplier communication and collaborate closely with teams like Category Management, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless alignment.
• You analyze supplier performance, provide actionable insights for decision-making, and optimize data formats and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Your Profile:
• You are proficient in managing large datasets with a focus on accuracy and conducting supplier performance evaluations using tools like Excel and data management systems.
• You have experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supplier and order management, as well as familiarity with task management tools such as Jira.
• You excel in creating, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while optimizing workflows for increased efficiency.
• You possess a comprehensive understanding of supplier onboarding, pricing processes, product lifecycle management, and supply chain best practices.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills to resolve supplier discrepancies, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
