職務内容
外科領域の医師、看護師、病院関係者に対し、バクスターアドバンスサージェリー事業部の製品の提案、教育、支援を行う職務。

主な業務

• 手術用止血材等の製品提案、説明（外科系医師、手術室スタッフ向け）
• 病院、代理店への提案活動、折衝（直販＋代理店の両チャネル）
• 手術症例に応じた適正使用のサポート（製品選択や使用方法のアドバイス）
• 外科領域トレンド、ニーズに基づく情報収集とフィードバック
• 代理店との関係管理や販売推進計画の実行（同社は代理店管理ポジションの必要性が高まっている）
