Under the authority of the Regional Director and the Site Director, the Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates all site activities. The Supervisor ensures the proper operation of equipment and oversees its maintenance. They act as the primary point of contact for enforcing health and safety regulations within their area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
• Participate in operations within the ferrous and non-ferrous departments (unloading customers, sorting and identifying various metals, weighing materials and entering data into Recy, operating machinery, etc.);
• Manage, guide, and motivate the work team;
• Ensure at all times that employees strictly follow health and safety policies and procedures;
• Manage PPE requirements and all other equipment, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and replacement when necessary;
• Perform administrative follow-ups related to production and maintenance documentation;
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Director and Site Director (e.g., approving employee timesheets, leave requests, and vacations).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial/production environment

• Work Schedule: Day shift and Saturdays (variable)
