Role Summary:
To assist the manager in providing direction, instruction and guidance to the team members across all three office locations. To lead the team, for the purpose of achieving daily goals and targets in an efficient and effective manner. To understand team members strengths, weaknesses, and to motivate the team to become a high performing unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end process of surgical clients while maintaining excellent communications and relationships with members of various patient account departments.
Assist with managing the day to day tasks of the team, making sure that team members are performing all required tasks in a timely and efficient manner
To run daily checks to ensure that all processing is finalised to the highest standards and to be responsible for sending the work of the team to the web
Ensure all aspects of follow up & OAT functions are carried out efficiently that translates to monetary results for team clients
Assist with client queries, including managing complaints and conducting necessary follow up to ensure satisfaction of our services
Ensure all tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
Lead regular team meetings to ensure all team members are up to date with any changes/issue
Requirements and Skills:
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Internal knowledge of Medserv systems and processes
Decision making skills:
Ability to effectively converse with clients
Ability to effectively converse with all members of the team extending to all office locations
Effective time management skills - working to daily tasks and deadlines as set out by targets
Ability to motivate and lead the team to reach consistent results
Delegate all work in a fair and equitable manner across all team members
Willingness to take part in any training provided to improve efficiencies within team

Additional Information:
This role is office-based- Hybrid may be an option post probation
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
Role commences immediately
