O Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana pertence ao grupo Accor Hotels. O hotel está localizado em frente à praia de Copacabana, perto das Praias de Ipanema e Leblon. Possui fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos do Rio de Janeiro, além de centros comerciais, shoppings, teatros e restaurantes.

Responder pela gestão e controles das atividades dos Pontos de Venda de alimentos e bebidas, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços, aumento dos níveis da receita e satisfação dos clientes. Planejar, administrar e coordenar as atividades dos Pontos de Venda, definindo diretrizes e rotinas de trabalho, orientando, priorizando/distribuindo tarefas e solucionando os problemas operacionais pertinentes. Supervisionar a recepção ou recepcionar os hóspedes na chegada ao Ponto de Venda, prestando informações. Saudar cordialmente os hóspedes, fazer contato visual e chama-lo pelo nome.

Inglês fluente, Conhecimentos e aplicação das boas práticas de segurança alimentar, atendimento de excelência e processos administrativos. Proatividade, Liderança de equipe, Tomada de Decisão, Gestão de conflitos, Relacionamento interpessoal e Atenção a detalhes.
