THE ROLE

El Supervisor/a de Planta será el encargado de planificar, organizar y supervisar la producción de tintas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de servicio, calidad y seguridad. Bajo las directrices del responsable, gestionará los recursos humanos y materiales, coordinará el mantenimiento y dará soporte operativo para asegurar un flujo productivo eficiente. Este puesto desempeña un papel clave en la gestión diaria de la planta y en la mejora continua de los procesos. En un turno de tarde de 14pm a 10pm. Tus principales responsabilidades incluyen:

Planificar las órdenes de producción, distribuyendo tareas y recursos según el personal disponible para cumplir con los objetivos marcados
Coordinar actividades de mantenimiento para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos productivos
Descargar cisternas de materias primas (disolventes y poliuretanos) para garantizar la disponibilidad de stock
Recoger las órdenes de fabricación finalizadas e introducirlas en el sistema (Cork), asegurando su cierre para permitir la salida de mercancía
Gestionar niveles de stock estableciendo mínimos y máximos en el sistema Kamban, facilitando reposiciones con el almacén
Contactar con proveedores para solicitar EPIs, consumibles y repuestos de mantenimiento, coordinando su recepción
Realizar tareas operativas durante vacaciones o picos de trabajo para asegurar la continuidad de la producción
Participar en actividades de mejora continua (Six Sigma) relacionadas con orden, limpieza, procesos y seguridad
Coordinar y supervisar al equipo a su cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción y resolviendo incidencias.

YOUR PROFILE
FP II Técnico o conocimientos equivalentes
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como operario en entorno industrial
Perfil resolutivo, con iniciativa, flexibilidad y capacidad para tomar decisiones
Conocimientos informáticos a nivel de usuario
Carnet de carretillero obligatorio
Capacidad para coordinar equipos y gestionar prioridade
