Job Description

Supervising Physician (MD/DO)

The Supervising Physician provides clinical oversight and collaboration for Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants in accordance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include chart review, availability for clinical consultation, and ensuring quality, compliant patient care. This role is primarily supervisory and does not require full-time on-site presence.

Requirements:
We have a provider who will require a supervising physician. The provider will be conducting disability examinations for veterans as part of the VBA contract. This role is strictly evaluative and does not involve prescribing medications or performing procedures.
