• Structurer et développer un département logistique performant en s'appuyant sur nos moyens et prestataires externes
• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes : coordination des flux, gestion des priorités, respect des délais.
• Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPI).
• Garantir la conformité aux normes internes et réglementaires.
• Manager, former et accompagner une équipe opérationnelle.
• Développer un portefeuille de prestataires logistiques, l’animer et l’optimiser.
• Proposer des améliorations continues pour optimiser les processus.
• Collaborer avec les autres départements (douane, transport, IT, etc.).

• Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
• Esprit entrepreneurial : autonome, proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats.
• Profil développeur : structuration de service, création de process.
• Rigueur opérationnelle : sens du détail, respect des procédures.
• Leadership naturel et excellentes compétences en communication.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes logistiques.
• Anglais requis.
