Job Description
Salary: $80,000 - 100,000/year
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contract documents. This role serves as the primary field leader and liaison between subcontractors, project management, and clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily on-site construction operations from pre-construction through project closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including short-term lookahead schedules
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety programs
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve design issues, RFIs, and change orders
• Lead site meetings, including subcontractor coordination and safety meetings
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure work meets or exceeds project requirements
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and site access
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays and cost impacts
• Ensure proper implementation of project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Solid understanding of scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred or required)
