Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Superintendent to join our Water Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors on water infrastructure projects (water lines, pump stations, treatment facilities, underground utilities, etc.)
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.
Manage daily schedules, manpower allocation, equipment use, and material delivery coordination.
Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate field execution.
Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections.
Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, timecards, and site photos.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, potential issues, and project milestones.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in water infrastructure construction.
Proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman on water-related projects.
Strong understanding of water systems (potable water, wastewater, pump stations, distribution/collection systems)
Must have a valid driver's license
