Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Superintendent (Utilities) to join our Heavy Civil department

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations for utility installation projects (water, sewer, storm, etc.)

Supervise crews, subcontractors, and field personnel

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Inspectors, and Owners

Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies

Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials effectively

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship

Lead safety meetings and enforce a strong safety culture

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in underground utilities construction

Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on utility projects

Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm drain, and site development

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

Valid driver’s license
