Job Description

Lead field operations and bring construction projects to successful completion as a Superintendent II. You’ll oversee site management, coordinate subcontractors, control budgets, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule goals. Your leadership will guide teams, foster client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence on projects across higher education, K-12, and industrial markets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering/Management or related field preferred
• 5–10 years managing commercial construction projects in the field
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with strong knowledge of construction processes
• Skilled in site scheduling, labor management, and budget control
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
• General contractor experience in Higher Education, K-12, or Industrial markets preferred
• Willingness to travel in-state for project needs
