Superintendent Commercial construction

The Superintendent’s primary role will be to supervise all phases of construction, from ground-breaking through project close-out.

Candidate must show strong leadership and organizational skills, have the ability and knowledge to maintain the highest safety standards, and capable of efficiently managing field and inter-office relationships.

Knowledge of building requirements, as well as experience with construction methods, technology, equipment, and work procedures.

What you’ll need -

On-site construction superintendent experience with medium to large size Commercial General Contractor

Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications

Knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA certification a plus but not required)

Proficiency with Procore® construction project management software preferred but not required

Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards

Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with clients

Strong organization skills, capable of managing multiple projects

Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Professional and courteous demeanor and ability to interact with clients

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
