We’re SunStaches, based out of sunny Los Angeles.

We make fun, unique sunglasses - think character-themed kids’ shades with face coverings from brands like Disney and Marvel. You might’ve even spotted us on Shark Tank!

We’re all about turning big, playful ideas into real products that end up in the hands of people through major retailers like Walmart and Target. Our team is fast-moving, creative, and works hard to keep things fun. If that sounds like your kind of vibe, you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for a Product Development Coordinator who’s highly organized and comfortable juggling lots of moving parts. You’ll help keep our product development team running smoothly and make sure everything from licensing to factory handoff goes off without a hitch.

More specifically, you will:

📝 Review product and packaging files for accuracy
🌐 Submit materials across 40+ licensing platforms
📬 Read and share licensor feedback with designers
📦 Double-check packaging files before factory submission
🤝 Communicate clearly across teams and provide direction to designers based on feedback

You’ll be working full-time during 4am–11am PST. During training, we may ask for slightly later hours to better sync with the team.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need to be:

✅ Someone with strong communication skills
✅ Able to prioritize and self-manage effectively
✅ Comfortable with Zoom video meetings
✅ A team player with a fun and outgoing personality

The ideal candidate is someone who’s fun, open to jumping on video calls, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. You’re organized to a fault, not afraid to ask questions, and love making sure every detail is handled just right.
