Thành lập từ năm 2018, SUN.STUDIO là nhà phát triển Games thể loại Casual và Puzzle trên nền tảng Web và các thiết bị di động (Mobile) với hơn 1 tỷ lượt chơi. Sứ mệnh của chúng tôi là tạo ra các trò chơi mà mọi người có thể dễ dàng tiếp cận (accessible) và yêu thích (enjoyable).

SUN.STUDIO rất chú trọng đến việc nuôi dưỡng và phát triển nhân tài, cũng như luôn mong muốn tạo cơ hội việc làm lâu dài cho các bạn sinh viên tiềm năng. Từ năm 2021 tới nay, công ty đã chào đón nhiều sinh viên/cựu sinh viên từ các trường như Đại học Bách Khoa, Khoa học Tự nhiên, Công nghệ Thông tin,... tham gia thực tập và làm việc. Chúng tôi tự hào khi nhiều bạn trẻ đã phát triển nhanh chóng, vượt bậc và đạt được thành tích nổi bật, trở thành những người dẫn dắt các đội phát triển game có sản phẩm lọt Top 10 và Top 20 trên Facebook Instant Games và nhiều nền tảng game khác.

About the role:
Join SUN.STUDIO as a User Acquisition Intern! We are seeking driven individuals ready to conquer the Mobile Game/App market. Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, analyze competitors, and discover high-potential market segments for various game genres.

• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing User Acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

• Creative & A/B Testing: Collaborate with the Creative team to continuously test and identify winning ad creatives.

• Data Analysis & Insights: Generate campaign performance reports, extract actionable insights, and propose strategic optimizations.

Requirements

• Target Candidates: 3rd or 4th-year students, or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Career Orientation: Long-term career orientation in the Mobile Games industry.

• Interests: Passionate about mobile games, especially casual games.

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the role, familiarity with ad networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS,…) is a plus.

• Core Skills: Strong creative thinking and data analysis skills.

• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, proactive, and a fast learner.
