We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Technical Documentation to join our Global Content Services team in Hyvinkää. As a Summer Trainee, Technical Documentation you will be working with migration of technical documentation to a Component Content Management System (CCMS). Your daily responsibilities include for example verifying migrated content, rewriting content, content analysis, troubleshooting and other tasks related to the migration project. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää with the possibility for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a technical communications student who is eager to learn more about documentation development tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background in technical communications (preferably 2nd-4th year studies)
• Understanding of structured documentation, DITA and component content management systems from your studies or working life
• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
