Summer Internship Program Overview
Our Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on, part-time opportunity to gain exposure to both clinical and administrative operations within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare practice. Interns will rotate through various departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of patient care, office workflows, and healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
Support clinical and administrative teams in daily operations
Assist with patient intake, preparation, and general office workflows
Gain exposure to areas such as scheduling, billing, and practice operations
Participate in structured rotations across multiple departments
Learning & Development
Attend educational sessions and provider-led discussions
Participate in observational shadowing experiences in both clinical and procedural settings
Complete assigned projects related to shadowing and departmental experiences
Program Expectations
