Position Summary
We have a summer internship position available for college students or recent graduates who are looking for exposure to credit unions and general financial services experience. This position will be primarily based within the People Department, which includes Human Resources and Learning & Development. Duties will include assisting the People Department on projects benefiting the credit union and the associates, as well as helping with events contributing to company culture. There will also be exposure to other departments within the credit union to ensure exposure to the many facets of our credit union.
Program Duration & Structure
Duration: 10–12 weeks
Schedule: minimum 20-25 hours per week, more hours may be available

This position involves primarily non-manual labor. Reliable, predictable, on-time attendance is essential, particularly to assure duties are fulfilled. The associate will spend most of the working time sitting, standing or walking, including significant time using computers. Position requires repetitive hand movements, the daily ability to focus on several tasks at one time, analyze data and draw conclusions, quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations, analyze and explain complex information, communicate frequently with others in person, over the phone, via electronic communications, and in group presentations. The associate must be able to travel regularly among the branches supervised. The position may include occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
