The 2026 SRA Insights Sprint"internship program is designed to support the team’s strategic pivot from descriptive reporting to diagnostic and predictive analytics. The program is divided into two specialized tracks: Digital UX/Technical Infrastructure and Qualitative Sentiment/Persona Research.
Interns will be responsible for leading the Mobile Gap Usability Audit, conducting end-to-end walkthroughs of digital features on various mobile devices to identify technical bugs and friction points. They will also perform the Voice of the Member Deep-Dive, which involves coding and categorizing 12 months of qualitative feedback from across the agency to quantify the root causes of member frustration. To ensure long-term business continuity, interns will act as technical writers for the Knowledge Vault project, shadowing leadership to document 100% of active data pipelines and strategic protocols in formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, they will build a Validated Question Database, researching industry-standard metrics to create a searchable library of high-quality survey instruments.

As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year.
