Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Corporate Communications Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a forward-thinking and ambitious social media team. The intern is expected to learn the foundations of communications strategy and the role of social media as one facet of a widespread communications engine.

Responsibilities:

• Assist team in creating reels, graphics, maintaining templates, and upholding brand standards

• Research, brainstorm, curate, and help develop engaging social content that resonates with targeted fans while helping to design + edit fun and engaging social content

• Maintain file management, asset management, tagging of social content, reviewing and downloading social media performance data and creating performance results report.

• The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.

Qualifications:

• Passion for sports and live entertainment

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field

• Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and apps such as CapCut and Canva; a portfolio of design work is strongly recommended.

• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok publishing and analytics.

• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)

Pay Scale: $19.00-$21.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
