Job Description
The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) ensures that low-income children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. This position will coordinate the program for our site office following established procedures learned through the program training.
Essential Functions:
Serve meals
Clean up after meals
Ensure site area is kept safe and sanitary
Ensure the safety of food, and comply with local health and safety standards
Receive and account for delivered meals
Ensure that children receive meals in drive-thru service
Plan and organize daily site activities
Take accurate meal counts at point of service
Teaching experience and/or experience working with children is preferred
Location:
The NSO WIC Clinic is located at 3530 N MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73122
Hours:
Monday-Friday (8:30am-1:45pm)
The program runs from last week in May through end of July.
Must be able to attend mandatory training in late May (Exact date TBD).
Minimum Job Requirements:
Clearance of background check, must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance in the amounts of 100/300/100, have a clean driving record, and pass a drug screen are requirements for this role.
