As a Developer Connections Manager Intern on the Developer Connections team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with the creator community, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with top creators. You’ll act as a trusted technical partner to high-impact creators across strategic genres (RPG, FPS, Sports), supporting their growth, technical execution, and long-term success on the platform. You will also collaborate with the Safety, Legal, and Policy teams at Roblox to help address escalations related to top creators. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage and work closely with product and engineering teams during platform incidents.

You Will:

• Foster and maintain relationships within the creator community.

• Gather feedback from creators and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements.

• Help creators identify opportunities for growth.

• Share insights and reports with internal stakeholders on top experience roadmaps and pain points.

• Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible work schedule and time off to ensure emergency coverage.

• Communicate with product and engineering teams during creator emergencies.

• Take a proactive approach to safety escalations by developing playbooks that help scale these interactions.

• Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to internship opportunities.

Hourly Pay Range
$35—$35 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
