Eva Hlaváčová leads the Employee Central & Compensation team for SAP SuccessFactors. She dedicates her professional life to the implementation of HR systems for Czech and international clients. When she's not at work, she likes skiing, yoga and books. 

Job description & summary 

Are you looking to advance your career in HR IT with a focus on supporting and enhancing modern HR systems? Do you enjoy ensuring stability, continuously improving system functionality, and helping organizations get the most out of their HR technologies? We are looking for an Application Maintenance Expert with hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our global HR IT operations team. 

In this role, you will work closely with HR system owners, key users, and technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of Employee Central and related modules. You will be responsible for issue analysis, configuration updates, enhancements, release management and testing. You can also gain additional experience by supporting your colleagues during peak times on the implementation projects. You will apply your analytical skills, functional understanding, and attention to detail to keep the platform reliable, compliant, and continuously improving. 

Requirements of the role 

• Strong interest in HRIT solutions and modern HR technology trends. 

• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (admin, configuration, or operational support). 

• Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage. 

• Willingness to work on configuration changes, incident resolution, problem management, and system enhancements. 

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 

• Ability to communicate technical topics in a business‑friendly and user‑friendly way. 

• Fluent in Czech and English; German is an advantage. 

• Willingness for occasional international travel. 

• University degree.
