Job Description
Community-Minded Enterprises (CME) is seeking a compassionate, skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to support individuals on their recovery journey. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a variable schedule (typically 30–40 hours per week) based on client needs.

What You’ll Do
Provide individual counseling and case management to assigned patients
Develop, implement, and update treatment plans and recovery goals
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards
Facilitate or co-facilitate therapy and psychoeducational groups
Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuity of services
Participate in Treatment Team meetings, contributing to clinical decisions and patient progress reviews
Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality
Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment grounded in professionalism and respect
Engage in ongoing clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance policies, procedures, and patient care practices
What You Bring
Current SUDP license through the Washington State Department of Health
Associate degree in Addiction Studies or related field (or higher)
2+ years of experience in substance use treatment or social services
Strong understanding of the recovery process and ability to support diverse populations
Experience working both independently and in team-based care environments
Clear, professional communication skills and attention to clinical documentation standards
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and navigate complex client situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in electronic health record systems
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to pass required background checks
