Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met
Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present
Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed
Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations
Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice
Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate
Participate in case consultation as indicated
Additionally:
Emerald is 100% outpatient - no weekend, holiday or after hour calls
We assist with credentialing through major insurers
Consistent referral stream and call center support to grow your caseload
User friendly EMR with client management, scheduling and billing all in one spot
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials:
Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP).
Previous experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred.
