With our global teams, industry expertise, and the power of technology, we design and deliver tailored, sustainable, and innovative solutions and services that help our clients optimize their operations and captivate their customers.
The Catalyst Consultant/SME is a full-time, dedicated resource responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Catalyst for Change program. This role serves as a strategic bridge between client's Fixed Operations management and the dealership network, focusing on driving behavioral change and operational excellence through high-impact workshops, content development, and proactive dealership consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop Facilitation & Execution
· Support the end-to-end execution of Catalyst for Change workshops, on behalf of our client and MSX.
· Co-facilitate sessions (in-person), ensuring high levels of participant engagement through dynamic discussion and activities.
· Capture real-time feedback and action items during sessions to ensure dealer accountability.
· Engage in post-workshop activities to identify successes and recommend iterative improvements for future sessions.
2. Instructional Design & Content Development
· Participate in refining comprehensive training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and interactive exercises.
· Review existing courseware to ensure alignment with client's evolving standards and the latest industry best practices.
· Review and refine educational content specifically designed to drive measurable behavioral changes within the dealership Fixed Operations environment, as requested.
3. Program Evolution & Continuous Improvement
· Contribute to the broader development of client's Guest Experience initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workshop structures and implementation toolkits.
· Support pilot programs for new concepts and analyze performance data/feedback to evolve the Catalyst curriculum over time.
· Draw on experience to provide "real-world" context to program development.
4. Ad Hoc Strategic Consulting
· Provide one-on-one coaching to field associates and dealership personnel to support the implementation of Catalyst projects.
· Participate in high-level strategy meetings and prepare internal presentations or reports for client's leadership.
· Assist with supplemental training projects, such as the development of sustainment activities or internal communications.
· Experience: Extensive background in Automotive Fixed Operations and training facilitation. Prior experience with the Lexus brand or the Catalyst program is highly preferred.
· Communication: Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences from dealership technicians to executive management.
· Content Creation: Proficiency in developing professional training materials and facilitator guides.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret dealer performance data (e.g., service retention, shop efficiency) to provide targeted consulting interventions.
· Flexibility: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote development tasks with significant on-site presence at Lexus facilities or dealerships as required.
· Commitment: This is a 100% dedicated role (approx. 40 hours/week) integrated directly into the client's Guest Experience team.
Engagement Structure
· Reporting: Reports day-to-day to the Project Lead (Guest Experience/Fixed Ops Training) and to the MSX Delivery Lead.
· Location: Blend of remote work and on-site support (travel required for workshops and key meetings).
· Term: Initial 12-month engagement with potential for extension.
