Subdirector Promocion Fiduciar

Country: Mexico

Planificar y celebrar contratos accesorios de inversión, validando que la información que llega del cliente es procedente, solicitando a las diversas áreas responsables se lleve a cabo la apertura de contratos, recibiendo la información, la documentación y los bienes, con la finalidad de dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones de los contratos Fiduciarios ya establecidos.
Asesorar a los diversos clientes Fiduciarios, acudiendo a citas, reuniones y comités técnicos, elaborando informes, presentando aclaraciones de pagos, para informar sobre los temas relacionadas a los Fideicomisos.
Supervisar y contestar a las diferentes autoridades: Judiciales, Administrativas, Tribunales Laborales los requerimientos, elaborando los proyectos de respuestas, presentándolos a través de jurídico y compareciendo ante las autoridades, en apego a la normatividad y dando cumplimiento a los contratos establecidos, con el propósito de atender las solicitudes efectuadas por dichas autoridades.
