• We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the preparation, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts and subcontracts. 
• This role ensures compliance with company policies and legal standards while providing strategic guidance on complex contractual matters and supporting sourcing initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Contract & Compliance
 
• Lead deal reviews and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and subcontracts in alignment with corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit compliance packages for contract amendments and approvals.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Execute credit memos and draft contract amendments using the contract management system.
• Review amendments for accuracy and completeness prior to signature.
• Create and submit compliance packages including:
o Extended Terms Requests (ETRs)
o Supplier scorecards
o Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs)
o SAP updates (e.g., minimum order quantity, price validation, contract/VMI validation)
 
Sourcing & Supplier Management
 
• Collaborate closely with the sourcing organization and cross-functional teams (legal, finance, sales) to ensure contract accuracy and alignment.
• Manage RFQs and RFIs, including data transfer via approved systems.
• Assist business units with sourcing needs for projects.
• Develop sourcing strategies (e.g., sole-source elimination, e-sourcing, value engineering, high-growth region sourcing).
• Lead supplier selection and performance management processes.
• Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCEs) and analyze CID and BAA content.
• Resolve PO/Supplier Portal issues and submit corrections.
 
Data & Systems Management
 
• Upload documents to contract management tools.
• Pull/send drawings for RFQ packages.
• Manage vendor and material master changes.
• Validate part demand and historical receipts.
 
Collaboration & Process Support
 
• Work closely with internal sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and procurement functions.
• Support the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Mentor and direct junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to contract and sourcing strategy development.
 
Qualifications
 
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, and sourcing (preferably in a corporate or legal setting).
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, risk management, and sourcing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or relevant ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, RFQ tools, and contract management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and execution skills; familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management are a plus.
