• Lead technical program management for a vehicle line, acting as the main liaison between design, engineering, manufacturing, and program teams
• Ensure systems meet performance, cost, weight, timing, and quality targets
• Oversee system lifecycle from launch through end-of-life, including development, validation, and production support
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of technical and quality issues
• Manage suppliers, specifications, and engineering changes (DCRs)
• Support plant development, launch activities, and post-launch warranty performance
• Drive value optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in automotive engineering, ideally with interior components (OEM or supplier)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (molding, stamping, welding, machining, casting, coatings)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience in program and supplier management, including timelines and deliverables
• Understanding of requirements and change management processes
• Familiarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, and quality tools (DFSS is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Financial awareness with ability to manage program budgets
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Stellantis systems/products is an asset
