We are seeking a passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at TONI&GUY. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences in every salon.

SCHEDULE:

Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high quality hair styling services, including cutting, styling, and treatments.

Build secure relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Upsell salon products, such as treatments to benefit your clients’ hair health.

Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a pleasant salon experience.

Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.

Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a hair stylist in a busy salon.

Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques is essential

Confident in managing a busy column through organisation.

A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.
