The Project Department of Conscious Group is looking for a creative, thorough and hands-on intern for Styling. Conscious' project department is responsible for the styling of new hotels and maintaining the quality of our current hotels. As an intern you will be joining the team in a variety of styling projects and you will play an important part in making sure the guests feel relaxed and inspired in our hotels.

What you'll be doing:

• Team support: jump in and assist with all things styling to keep our hotels looking top-notch;

• Inspiring spaces: help ensure our hotels and restaurants dazzle guests and meet our high standards;

• Seasonal flair: collaborate on exciting seasonal styling projects across various locations;

• Event magic: craft and execute stunning styling proposals for events, making every detail perfect;

• Project Management: assist with new styling projects from concept to execution, ensuring every step is seamless;

• Coordination & communication: work closely with your team and other departments to bring styling projects to life. Communicate efficiently with partners and team members;

• Progress & problem-solving: prepare reports, track progress, and tackle any issues with creative solutions;

• Concept development: collaborate with the team to develop well-rounded styling proposals that align with style, requirements, and budget;

• Guidelines development: help shape our styling guidelines and manuals, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
