What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to our Startup department, playing a key role in site activation processes.
• Support our Feasibility department with critical research and site identification activities.
• Maintain project-specific tracking systems and manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) consistently throughout the study startup phase.

What We’re Looking For:

• College or University degree
• Native Polish and very good command of English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both in teams and individually
• Motivation to learn
