We Whiten is a teeth whitening studio — not a dental office, not a spa. We're a sales company that happens to whiten teeth, and we're looking for someone who gets that distinction immediately. Our best performers come from fitness, automotive, timeshare, and D2D backgrounds. If you've been closing deals and you're ready for a role where your income actually reflects it — keep reading.

Most studio roles lock you into one location and one schedule. This one is different. As our Tempe/Gilbert floating JSP, you'll split your time between two established We Whiten studios — giving you more floor time, more client interactions, more commissions, and a bigger paycheck than a single-location role.

When our Tempe Senior Studio Partner travels for training, you're holding the Tempe floor. When Gilbert needs coverage, you're there. You're not a backup — you're the bridge that keeps both studios running.

What you'll do

Perform professional teeth whitening treatments and deliver a client experience people talk about

Close memberships and earn commissions — clients come in booked, your job is to convert and retain them

Sell We Whiten branded products and earn commission on everything you close

Keep the studio clean, stocked, and ready for every client

Step into the Tempe studio as the primary floor presence when the SSP is traveling for training

Our JSPs who sell consistently clear over $70,000+ annually. Commission is real and uncapped.

What we need from you

A track record of hitting numbers — we're metric-based and performance-driven here

Warm, professional presence — clients remember you and come back because of you

Comfortable floating between two locations — Tempe and Gilbert are both in the Phoenix metro, easy commute between both

Comfortable working with people up close — you'll be applying whitening treatments, gloves and masks provided

Detail-oriented — you follow the protocol, take the photos, complete the notes. Every time.

Commission-motivated — if a base-only sounds better to you, this isn't the right fit. If uncapped upside sounds better, you're our person.

Reliable — PM shifts and Saturdays are non-negotiable

Schedule

PM shifts Monday–Saturday

30–40 hours per week

Split between Tempe and Gilbert based on studio needs

Sundays off
