We Whiten is a teeth whitening studio — not a dental office, not a spa. We're a sales company that happens to whiten teeth, and the best people we hire already know how to sell.

What you'll do

Perform professional teeth whitening treatments and deliver a premium client experience from start to finish

Close memberships and treatment plan upgrades — clients come in booked, your job is to convert and retain

Sell We Whiten branded products and earn commission on everything you close

Keep the studio clean, stocked, and ready for every client

D2D and direct sales — solar, pest control, security, home services. If you've sold on a doorstep in a Utah summer, closing a warm client in a massage chair is the easiest thing you'll ever do.

Membership sales — fitness clubs, wellness studios, med spas. You understand recurring revenue and know retention matters as much as the first close.

A track record of hitting numbers — we're metric-based and performance-driven

Warm, professional presence — clients remember you and come back because of you

Comfortable working with people up close — you'll be applying whitening treatments, gloves and masks provided

Reliable — PM shifts and Saturdays are non-negotiable
